When reported to the front desk, we were met with indifference, so two days passed with a backed up sink. 「Really blown away by our short stay at this hotel. Alina was helpful before we even arrived, then welcomed us with open arms. We had a room at the back of the hotel, which was quiet, modern and very clean. The shower in particular was incredible and we loved the large bed.
