Great location - close to everything but not a lot of traffic. Plenty of nearby free street parking. Cute, unique space with beautiful architectural details. Bathroom updated with nice shower.

All this and cafe too

It's a charming apartment, outfitted with everything we might have needed, and located conveniently to OTR, Findlay Market, etc. The host was very helpful with a quick response to our questions. The huge bonus was to also be located above a perfect cafe, coffee shop and wine bar!
