“This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious. We are satisfied with this comfortable stay experience. But I think a minor thing may need to be improved. The temperature of bath/shower is not very steady, and it dropped down after several minutes. Besides, the water from tape also took several minutes to become warm. Since we visited in April and it is still a bit cold, when I washed my hands I felt a bit freezing. It would be better to access hot water more easily.”

“We were allocated a room on the third floor facing the road. We asked for a quiet room and were immediately given a room facing the principality stadium. We had a good night sleep. We visit this hotel regularly, our daughter lives nearby. Never had a bad experience. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and professional.
