Sunnyside static lakeside home

Located at the top of Kingfisher Lake we have a spacious lakeside 2-bedroom lodge "Sunnyside Lodge".

Sunnyside Lodge has a vibrant interior follows the theme of a 1930’s beach hut. This caravan is cheerful even on a gloomy day,

This charming caravan is suitable for all ages, ideal for a small family, the perfect place to spend quality time together, it is also pet friendly! The outside green is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor games.

Sunnyside lodge is spacious inside, it has an open plan layout, the kitchen is well equipped and neatly arranged. The triangular dining table with bench seating allows for a great view of the lake whilst dining..

There is a large L shaped sofa in the lounge, it has a flat screen TV and electric heater with flame effect. The patio doors open out into the large decking area outside so you can enjoy the lake view and hopefully some sunshine.

The main bedroom has a double bed, has its own private ensuite facilities. There is a separate modern shower room. The second bedroom is a standard twin room.

We welcome well behaved dogs (max 2 per property) they must be kept on a lead at all times when not inside the lodge, and not allowed into the bedroom areas. Please add the dogs on during the booking process, we charge £30 per dog per stay.


IMPORTANT NOTICE
Hoburne Cotswold will be starting extensive development of their facilities, bringing a brand-new indoor pool and soft play area in 2024.

The work for this starts on 6th November 2023 and is expected to run until mid-late May 2024.

The play area is now open and the brand new indoor pool opens the last weekend in May.

The outdoor pool is open for the season now
