As it is located on the border of Umbria and Tuscany it is a perfect place from where you can make daily trips to visit some of the prettiest hamlets and cities in Italy, such as: Assisi, Perugia, Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Castiglione del Lago, Panicale, Chiusi, Cortona and Orvieto. Our 7 comfortable and roomy independent apartments and holiday villas have been carefully restored to maintain the character and the style of a typical Umbrian farmhouse but with all the modern comforts (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine and many others). During the stay you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the natural setting, walk through the olive groves and woods or in the nearby shaded paths in the woods and relax in the sun beside the panoramic pool, leaving your daily routine at home.
Quercia is an apartment located on the ground floor of the farmhouse that can accommodate up to 5 people (4+1). It has two bedrooms, a veranda with single sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The location of the apartment and its composition ensure an unforgettable vacation in Umbria for families with children. Inside the apartment you will find amenities such as: TV, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and electric oven, kettle, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning, Wi-fi and independent heating. Outside there is a shady patio with table, chairs and deck chairs for outdoor dining.
Included: Hot and cold water, gas, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels (weekly change), swimming pool (7×14 m, open from May to September), wi-fi, parking, barbecue area, playground for children and ping pong table, final cleanings.
Not included: Tourist tax 1,50 € per person for the first 5 nights (minimum 14 years old), cautionary deposit 200 € (in cash at arrival).

The swimming pool is open from may 1st to september 30th.
