“I stayed 2 nights at this hotel which is in the city centre. The rooms are not big but comfortable and clean with toiletries and coffee/tea. House keeping was efficient and my bath robe was promptly delivered. The buffet breakfast was excellent with an egg station and different selection of hot dishes offered everyday.”

“The hotel is in a very good location for walking into the city centre in 15 to 20 minutes.
The hotel is situated in spacious grounds with a very well maintained gardens , ample car parking and a large clean pool .
The staff were all very friendly and courteous and always had a smile on their face .
The rooms are very clean and there are various eating places to enjoy a really extensive menu with great dishes . The prices are also very reasonable for a top hotel and the sports bar was efficiently……

“We are tourists for kenya safari, and of course no one will wear formal clothes like businessman. unfortunately hotel people have smile faces to everyone who wearing business suit but not interesting to even say hello to us who wearting jeans and tshirt. that's really not a good experinece in Nairobi. But, there something that I should mention hear that we used the hotel limousine for one day the driver is extreamly good and warm hearted.”

From the manager who gave us a small discount because of our mistakes, the kitchen staff who gave us pots of hot water and breakfast after the breakfast time, the reception lady who looked for the bananas for us because we needed and even the bell boys who helped us to take our heavy luggage between the ground floor and second……
