“Room was very pleasant, staff was fabulous. Rooms are spacious. Bed and bathroom very clean.”

“It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. ”

“Hotel was pet friendly. Great on site restaurant. Only slight issue s; strange light settings. One switch at door controlled entire room. Meant you couldn't have just a bedside lamp on w o having whole room on. No bathroom fan, but bathroom was very nice.”

“The room was clean. Everything restocked. The Wifi was great. Breakfast was the usual hotel style but it was fresh, good, and the area was clean. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, renovated, and modern. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed being able to use amenities at the neighboring attached property as well. The location was excellent and was walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, and museums. We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future. ”

“I was disappointed the moment I entered the property. It looked old and there was a distinct smell to the carpet or something in the area. My bedsheet in the room was not new, it obviously looked used. I called up the Front Desk for help at 4 PM. I was told the cleaners are gone for the day. However, the front desk guy was nice enough to give me new pair of sheets and pillow covers. That certainly sounded fresh and new. The next day, I went for a complimentary breakfast. The strawberries……

“Hot tub was closed. Staff made no effort to let us know. Nothing on the web saying it’s closed. Lights in the bar flickered so badly the manager had to shut off lights. WiFi didn’t work. ”

“Bed had a big sunken in area in middle - very uncomfortable. Did not sleep well at all. Bar area was nice, however, I felt sorry for the one bartendar, for he was overwhelmed - he was workiing as hard as he could to keep up with the amount of people.”

“My visit started with excellent customer service with Zach helping me find my parking space to making sure I got checked into my room. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and the hotel management was super responsive. My room was very warm and they tried to work with me to make it cooler. I think maybe a call ahead to make sure the heat is turned down or off in the room would be helpful. The room had a makeup washcloth and hair dryer bag which were nice touches, and also a steamer for……
