Clapton on the Hill Hotel with Pool

"We really enjoyed our stay great staff and good service. Room was clean and a good standard. The bed was Amazing extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Swimming pool excellent. The Hotel is nice but could do with some Modernisation "

"Lovely grounds and area. The room was of good size and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, it had been a hot day and we didn't check in until late. We found the room boiling hot as no windows were opened. There was a fan in the room which made a incredibly loud racket and the doors to the balcony wouldn't open. We slept not well as a result of how hot it was. I'm sure our experience was a one-off but my feedback was brushed aside at check out. "

"Staff right across were really helpful, with a very welcoming ‘can do’ approach. The health club facilities are very good - steam room, sauna, hot tub, and swimming pool. There is plenty of space in this hotel."

"Lovely overnight stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was clean and comfortable. We made use of the leisure facilities which were (understandably) busy for a Saturday afternoon, but nice and relaxing. Can't comment on the restaurant as we decided to eat in town."
