“What a delightful place - we stayed here for roughly a week as we moved our daughter into a downtown Dayton apartment and we could not have been happier! “Didn't see any check out instructions so we did what most vrbo rentals told us in the past. Enjoyed having hot water for bathing. The upstairs bedroom was very warm so we opened register so air conditioning could reach that room. Also we noticed landscaping was apparently being redone since nothing was there except weeds and thistles and grass needed mowed but we had everything we needed. Thank you!”

“Property was clean, beds comfortable, and has a kitchen furnished with coffee, coffee maker, stove, microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher and a generous set of dishes and cookware. “We had a wonderful stay in yellow springs. The place had a great little porch to sit and enjoy our coffee and relax. Inside was very clean and comfortable. The hosts put together a great guide for the area and we found it to be very helpful. We had a very small issue with accessing our room, and the host was quick to respond and walk us through. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to yellow springs.”

“We rented this home because our son was getting married nearby and the size was perfect for allowing the groomsmen to stay as well. House was clean and spacious. Outdoor space was great, but really did not get used much as the weather was way too hot. “The house was perfect for a anniversary get away. The bike path was very close and easy to access. The links they owner provided for local recommendations for dining was excellent. Many places were within walking distance and we felt safe walking home in the evening after eating dinner out and enjoying a few drinks at The Cob And Ear bar. The links also made it very easy to know how to enter the home and what needed done at closing which was very simple. We are planning on returning next……

“Super clean, super friendly managment, very well rwnovated and organised space, awesome pool and the bonus of the game room. This house had everything we needed for our 10 day stay in Dayton Ohio. The fact that it is in a walking distance to a park and a large shopping center was also really beneficial. I highly recommend staying in this house when in Dayton Ohio.”
