Located in Logsdon Landing, a private gated development on an 18 acre peninsula in the Rock Creek area of Nolin lake. The home sits on a 2 acre lot on the tip of the peninsula allowing a panoramic view of the lake.

This 2 acre lot features a gently sloping walk to the cleared shoreline. There is natural flat landing at the waters edge where you can put kayaks in or tie off a boat. Located in a very quiet part of the lake makes it perfect for kayaking in the coves and even into the creeks that feed the lake. This is the perfect getaway for family gatherings or to just get away for a relaxing vacation

We booked this beautiful cabin for my son’s wedding. This home is gorgeous and very clean. It is off the beaten path, which fits our family well. We only wish we would’ve had longer to stay there. The large A-frame windows face the morning sun. The screened in porch was a great space. The kitchen had the basics. The host was easily assessable and very responsive. I would stay there again. Thank you.

We loved our trip to Hawk’s point! The house is beautifully decorated, the furniture is so comfortable, and there are so many spaces to relax in. The screened in porch was great! We loved kayaking in the river, playing ping-pong, roasting marshmallows, and relaxing in the hot tub-there was do much to do! It was indeed a wonderful getaway in a beautiful area, and Tez was so nice and easy to contact. We would definitely visit again!

This is the second year we have stayed in this cabin for our annual office Girls' Getaway Weekend and we will be back next year. By far, this cabin has the best stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and the most peaceful place we've ever stayed at. Great hosts!

If you're looking for a private resort, this is the place. Solitude but close enough to get anything you forgot, or get a tire repair from a nail that we picked up. Great value, the property has all the amenities, from hot tub to kayaks and a great fire pit to relax at night. We had guys from Chicago, Atlanta and Houston so it was about a 6 hour trip for all of us (including flying in to Nashville from Houston) and visited Mammoth Cave, the Corvette Museum and 20 mins away rented pontoons on the big lake. We try to meet in different spots each year and some guys said why don't we just come back here (first time that happened). Don't hesitate to book this property.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property & again, it was a wonderful stay! So many extras make it comfortable. The kayaks, water toys, & chairs for the lake are a must! The s’mores kit provided and waiting for our arrival are the small touches that are nice. We will be staying again in the future!

The house was wonderful, and had everything we needed for a large age-diverse group. A bit of a drive to local attractions (such as the national park) but the local area is beautiful, and if you’re looking more for a place to stay and enjoy your company, this was wonderful. The lake was fun, and the fire pit and large lawn are great for kids to go spread out. It was also nice to have the kids space with the bunk room and game area, so that adults could have a little peace while the kids played. It was a lovely stay!

Great location for fun and relaxation. This spacious house allowed for quiet time and fun for all. We stayed for 4 nights with 4 adults and 6 kids and had plenty of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed playing in the lawn and on the beach. The house was clean and in great condition. The kitchen was stocked with all necessities.

The location and amenities are perfect for a long weekend on the lake. The property is exactly as pictured/described. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for the group. The walk down to the water is easy, and the yard is great for games. This is our second time staying at this home, and we'd definitely return again.

What a beautiful home. The property was made to enjoy. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 children from ages 3-7. We came home with a first time fisherman, kayakers, hot tubbers, and cave explorers. Communication with the hosts were superb. Every other year we enjoy a vacation with our whole family. The 6 adults put in a destination of choice, one of the grandchildren pull out the winner. This trip did not disappoint. Thank you to Tez and Scott Williams for making this trip full of memories for a lifetime. This home deserves more than a 5 star rating. P.S. Our next trip…Disney World. We just wish we could take this home with us.

Your home was better than we imagined! We loved that we could go down to the lake from your property and that you had water crafts and tubes to use. We were surprised that it took a little longer to get to Mammoth Cave than we thought. Overall it was a great experience.

We arrived with our grown children, various spouses and grandkids and immediately felt comfortable and at home. The house & property are spacious enough that we never felt like we were on top of each other and there were so many things to do! Hot tub, bonfire, ping-pong, darts, board games and, of course, the lake! The trek down to the water was a little trickier than we had anticipated but we made it with no mishaps. Side trips to Mammoth Cave and the Corvette Museum rounded out the long weekend. Enjoyed the multiple bedrooms and the large, well equipped kitchen for meals. Thank you!
