「I gave 4 stars for the parking, the parking machines weren't working properly. Plus i wasnt aware of the $26.00 dollar a night parking fee, they also charge $100 per night for security! Which was ok, i received the money back the next day after checkout 」

「It was very easy to get to this hotel from the airport and vice versa. Very friendly staff, clean property and convenient location. Their in room dining options are limited though. However, there are other dining options available.」

「I enjoyed my experience. The hotel room was really relaxing. I like the decorations and the design of the room. The coffee colored wallpaper and curtains made the room feel sexy and relaxing. The hotel staff made me feel really special. One staff member, Christine, always remembered my name. 「We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and it having a 24 shuttle. I was very pleased with everything I expect in a mid-priced property. It had modern and pleasing decor. It was very clean. Staff were efficient and pleasant. The shuttle was quick and the driver helpful. Food was a problem. Restaurants in the vicinity are not walkable. "The route to the room was confusing and there was no clear guidance. Many guests, like us, kept getting lost and taking the wrong paths over and over again. The front desk service was excellent. The interior of the hotel rooms, the swimming pool facilities, the bar, etc. all met the standards of a four-star hotel. However, the toilet in the room was not much different from that in a motel. It was rather simple and it seemed that the hotel had run out of funds when it came to decorating the toilets in the rooms."
