“Check in with simple quick and easy. The lobby smelled great was clean and offered seating for comfort and work. Bringing in luggage was effortless because automatic doors with immediate access to luggage carts. The room had been preset to 69 degrees and the blinds drawn. “Stayed at Shooting Star Casino on September 6 and had a great experience. I use a wheelchair and the accessible room worked perfectly. Staff were wonderful — they moved my mom’s room next door to mine and even provided her a wheelchair so she didn’t have to walk far. We also enjoyed a good meal at the restaurant. “This property was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I were looking for a cozy fall getaway, and this cabin was exactly what we needed. Between the hot tub and the sauna, we stayed warm while enjoying the cool, crisp autumn air. One of our favorite moments was stargazing right from the hot tub — it was magical. “We enjoyed our stay. It was a great location with easy access to Itasca. It was quiet and quaint. Loved sitting out on the porch in the mornings and evenings enjoying the view of the trees and listening to the birds. We did have a problem with quite a few flies in the house, but the host was responsive and brought us a fly swatter. But overall, we loved the place.
