「We stayed in the Love Haven which was lovely and we had a lovely stay but have to give a bad review on the basis we went to shower in the morning before check out and noticed water was dripping through one of the lights downstairs. We immediately turned it off due to health and safety. When we reported to reception we were told oh yeah maintenance know about it but it’s a big job. 「The hotel is in a beautiful setting. Quiet and peaceful. We stayed in a room with a balcony with lovely views. The room was small and in need of an upgrade in my opinion. Older furniture. The bathroom whilst a good size with nice toiletries was also looking tired in parts.
The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
We ate Sunday lunch in the restaurant. The restaurant is lovely. The food was excellent.Although not very very generous on portions of vegetables.
