“Great location walkable to many key locations and easy bus access to farther points.”

“The main lobby smelt like animal pee, elevator was slow so we took the stairs most of the time. Neighborhood wasn’t super convenient, and the stay came with no parking details so you have to fend for yourself. You had to pay a $250 deposit hold when you got there (normal for a hotel) and for some reason the front desk kept pushing the one time $50 option that want refundable). The rooms were clean but you could tell common areas in the unit were cleaned just enough, hair ties left around, dust……

“Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone……

“The property is in a great location in Old City and is clean and well-maintained. My unit had little natural light and check in was bumpy. The lock was damaged and I couldn’t enter the first night after a long day of travel. Staff were responsive and helpful via text and phone both after the lock out and a loud tenant upstairs.”
