「This is a nice clean place. If you are considering it, be sure to read the reviews. It is 3 levels, no bathroom on the first level, which did not matter to use, but it may if you have mobility challenges. First impression on driving up was kind of negative as the exterior could use a little attention. In looking at the photos, you may think this is a newer build, but it is an old duplex. Again, perfectly fine and well done, but the photos on-line give you a little different impression. One note...

「There was no access to a lock box to get the key. Property owners phone goes straight to voicemail. Tenants in the building informed me the apartment was currently locked by the police because they renter was being evicted. Complete scam! Stay away!」

「This location was perfect for access to all the sites we wanted to visit. The upstairs loft gave our teenage grandchild a little bit of private space. It's a lovely walkable neighborhood. We loved the balcony out front. There are lots of food options nearby as well as a park with a swimming pool. 」

「The property is conveniently located for driving to Cleveland Clinic and Edgewater Park. It is very clean. And feels comfortable because the decor has cheerful bright accents. The neighborhood feels safe. The upstairs neighbors are quiet. The hosts were easy to communicate with and gave me a great recommendation to check out Edgewater Park. The bathroom with the shower is tight and might be a challenge for someone with mobility issues. But the half bath has plenty of room. Very pleasant stay!」
