This was an absolutely unacceptable experience, and I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. After being placed in three different rooms, I ultimately chose to leave and stay at another hotel across the street. Each room presented serious and consistent cleanliness failures that should never occur in any property. Room 1: The bed sheets had clearly not been changed. They appeared used, with visible hair and what appeared to be bodily fluid stains. Room 2: The bed again had long strands of hair throughout. Room 3: There were large, clearly unsanitary stains on the sitting chair, and the toilet appeared as though it had just been used and not cleaned. After bringing these issues to the attention of both the front desk attendant and the manager, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of accountability. The manager, while on the phone, stated that I was “costing them money” and refused to provide any refund. Between the unsanitary conditions and the unprofessional, dismissive response from staff, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

Had a reunion in town and went to room afterwards. There was a light above the sink that needed replaced because it was flashing and the sink drain was blocked. Other than that, it appeared to be comfortable. Went the next morning to the front desk to inform of the issues and waited for 15 minutes for the guy to get off his phone (which he didn't) and then another person showed up and informed her of the issues with the room. If housekeeping had been in that room that day, they would have known of the problems and should have been resolved before we ever checked in. Obviously not too concerned about there customers.

Only person who spoke English was person at desk. No one check on morning breakfast to make sure everything was okay. Didn't put toilet paper & towels in downstairs restrooms for at least a day after being told. Windows really needed cleaning. Tub faucet was loose.

I had no idea how to contact the shuttle. There was no number to call on the hotel. I kept calling the hotel itself but the line was either busy or it would just keep ringing. It wasn't until I had to google "Comfort Inn shuttle" that I was able to locate a completely different number, that I finally contacted the shuttle. The room itself, had greasy/oily handmarks on the bed headboard. One of the drawers was broken in the room. And the sink faucet came off the first time I used it. I did let management know that it was broken, so I wouldn't be charged for it, but every time I went to turn it on, I had to hold the base, and move the faucet at the same time so the entire thing wound't actually come off. Overall, the place looked like it needed some decent cleaning done.

No housekeeping services. Old towels were put in the hallway, and you had to get your own new ones from the front desk. The room was generally clean, but the whole property needed to be renovated. The back entrance off the parking lot was never locked, I think it was broken and was propped open all night long. On the day we left, a shopping cart was in the bottom of the stairwell. Anyone could walk in and gain access to the hotel. The location was good right off the highway, but there looked to be other choices in the same location that would have been better.
