I had no idea how to contact the shuttle. There was no number to call on the hotel. I kept calling the hotel itself but the line was either busy or it would just keep ringing. It wasn't until I had to google "Comfort Inn shuttle" that I was able to locate a completely different number, that I finally contacted the shuttle. The room itself, had greasy/oily handmarks on the bed headboard. One of the drawers was broken in the room. And the sink faucet came off the first time I used it. I did let management know that it was broken, so I wouldn't be charged for it, but every time I went to turn it on, I had to hold the base, and move the faucet at the same time so the entire thing wound't actually come off. Overall, the place looked like it needed some decent cleaning done.

No housekeeping services. Old towels were put in the hallway, and you had to get your own new ones from the front desk. The room was generally clean, but the whole property needed to be renovated. The back entrance off the parking lot was never locked, I think it was broken and was propped open all night long. On the day we left, a shopping cart was in the bottom of the stairwell. Anyone could walk in and gain access to the hotel. The location was good right off the highway, but there looked to be other choices in the same location that would have been better.

Arrived with a PAID reservation and was turned away being told the hotel was oversold. Absolutely terrible. They had our contact number so if they knew there was a problem they should have called to make us aware of the issue so that we would not have been scrambling trying to find other accommodation at the last minute . Very frustrating and disappointing. It could have been handled much more professionally and with a customer first mentality.

Hotel could use some updating… a little dingy and items were broke in the room (towel rack broken and laying on the floor, mini fridge made noise on and off all night). Bathroom floor cracked and shower looked stained. Walls were paper thin and we could hear entire conversations like they were in the room with us. No way to close the heavy drapes (only the sheer ones) so light came in from street lights and in the morning with the sun. The room was clean however and bed was comfortable. Decent for the price but wouldn’t stay here again if I had other options.

I don't really know what I expected, but this place was a nightmare!! VERY outdated facility. Elevator was slow and looked to be in a poor state. Rooms were dated as well. Had to use a timer light switch to use the bathroom. No access to a water fountain. Ice machine only had ice, no water dispenser. Beware using the vending machines. I had medication that I needed to take. The only access to a drink I had was through the vending machines. I paid, the machine took my money and nothing came out. Went to the front desk only to be told they "don't do anything with the vending machines" and they "can't help me." Told me to try again so I can waste more money. Not to mention zero contact information provided on the machines. I was very unhappy. Had to use SINK WATER to take my medication. Earlier in the evening I had asked for extra towels to shower with. I was given a hard time and told my room was already stocked and asked if I "checked my room" Of course I did, that's why I'm here asking for more. Not to get a hard time. Reluctantly gave me ONE towel extra out of the pile of laundry she was already folding. Staff was rude and unpleasant. Couldn't tell you what any of their names are because no one wore a nametag. The only person I had a positive interaction with was who I presume was the manager during check in. I am almost certain I got some kind of foodborne illness from the breakfast provided. I've been sick for hours and it was the only meal I had today. VERY disappointed!!

I booked the Comfort Inn Cleveland Airport through Expedia after calling the hotel directly to confirm shuttle service. Due to prior reviews, I specifically asked if a 9:30 a.m. shuttle would be available and was assured it would be. Based on that confirmation, I booked the room. I also advised we would arrive late due to a major snowstorm and arrived around 3:00 a.m. Upon arrival, I was told the 9:30 a.m. shuttle was not available and was offered only an earlier or later option, defeating the purpose of choosing this hotel. The room was in poor condition: beds poorly made, crumbs and garbage on the floor, damaged mirror, broken closet door handle, garbage under the phone, and the room was extremely cold due to the curtain being stuck in the window. I had requested a laundry bag at check-in and was told one would be in the room; there was not. When I contacted the front desk, no solutions were offered. We were unpacked, had a flight to catch, and I did not want to wake my daughter to move rooms after finally warming the space. A space heater was eventually provided. Around 4:30 a.m., I discovered the shower head was completely disconnected. A morning staff member was professional and provided a nearby room solely to shower, which was clean and functional. Shuttle issues continued. I followed ALL instructions and waited over 30 mins, driver had not left! Still had no clear wait time. We paid out-of-pocket for an Uber. This was a disappointing and stressful experience.
