This is definitely a downtown location, so if you’re not used to that atmosphere it might be a little off putting. Close to everything, and a direct subway to the building from the airport. The apartment is very sparse, especially the kitchen which has very few dishes and cooking pans. The beds were comfortable. Very close to food, bars, and theater.
