“We had an amazing time staying in Roosters Cabin. It was just the right size for our family and close to Helen where we spent most of our time. My only complaint is the bed was hard but other than that everything was perfect! My husband and I are planning on booking a trip just me and him in the future! ”

“Enjoyed our trip. Great accommodations for 4 couples. Beds were comfy. Enjoyed time on the porches. Never found the falls on the property but did not go past private property signs. So glad to find the games when it rained. We had a blast. No hvac but the hotel type acs did wonderful in the summer heat. Easy drive to Helen. Cleveland had grocery stores and anything we needed. Highly recommend this rental. ”

“This cabin is rustic yet modern. We loved that it was secluded yet close enough to town to make quick trips (you could walk if you wanted to). It was easy once we arrived as all of the access information and detailed map instruction was text to us before we arrived. It was spotless which immediately put us at ease as we were travelling with a 1 yr. old (if you have one, you know how much they love to pick up anything they see and go straight to their mouth with it). “The property was great, excellent location. Close and convenient to town whether walking or driving. Enjoyed our time outside, tubing down the river and stopping "at home" on the way down or just watching others flow by, played corn hole, had a fire and s'mores, cooked and dined outside, relaxed on the swing and read, watched TV outside, etc. We only had a couple of items that could be improved on. There was only one hair dryer that was on the wall in one of the bathrooms, none in the bathroom……

“The cabin was fantastic! It is a gravel road going up to the cabin but my Toyota Camry made it up just fine. It was very clean and stocked with anything you could need, even a can opener and wine bottle opener. We used the grill to cook most of our items. It was simple to use. The back porch areas was relaxing! We loved the hot tub. It was also fun to walk down to the river. “What an amazing stay! Our family rented the two villas on the hill for our daughter’s wedding at Montaluce Winery. The pictures don’t do the properties justice. The architecture and decor is completely Tuscan themed. The furnishings are clean and comfortable. HOWEVER THE VIEW STEALS THE SHOW. Gorgeous! We found the price very reasonable considering we housed 6 people in each villa, which would be 3 hotel rooms rented. ”

“We loved the location (very quiet and secluded), cleanliness of the property, hot tub and the layout of the home. We had 3 adult kids with us and they had their own living space downstairs in case they didn’t want to watch the same movie as us. Karen was very responsive and offered great suggestions for local restaurants. We even extended our stay an extra night. We will be back to this property. ”
