It was rather warm our weekend and early season, but we would expect the owner to stay on top of things like that. We would definitely stay here again with a guarantee that the AC is functional."

"Very impressed with our stay. Private location, an oasis in the city that is close to everything in Grand Jct. More space than we expected in the house, tons of space outside for our kids to roam.
