“This house was perfect for what we needed. We came to bike the different paths converging in Xenia. There was plenty of room with very comfortable furniture, a tv in every bedroom plus a tv in the living room. The refrigerator had filtered water which was an added bonus since we had to fill several water bottles everyday. Parking in the back made it easy to unload everything without having to do steps. Both patios provided a nice area outside to relax and enjoy the weather. We stayed 5 nights……

“My husband and I loved this property. It was lovely and comfortable. The home was spacious and very family-friendly.One observation: there is a school around the corner, and the pick-up/drop-off line runs right in front of the home. Therefore, if you stay Monday-Friday while school is in session, it can be challenging to leave the driveway, especially in the morning. “Have been waiting on a refund from host for over a week. He has been contacted by VRBO & Expedia multiple times without response. I was not going to leave a negative review but the host has left me no choice. We arrived at the property on check in day to a *very strong* odor of moth balls. “It was a good weekend but the grill we were planning to use for one dinner was rusted and had baked on food, and the propane was empty and the valve wasn’t functional. There was also a problem with the master bathroom’s shower it didn’t have any water going to it.
