「Beware before you book. We got there and were told she had double-booked, leaving us nowhere to stay. Unfortunately, VRBO isn't the easiest to reach. I still haven't received a refund for a place I didn't even stay at, and VRBO doesn't even have a customer service email. 」

「Dust webs, hair in shower, peeling paint, no toilet paper, no paper towels, no pods for dishwasher. 4th bedroom access is outside along with the 2nd bathroom. Furniture in very poor condition. 」

「A group of 19 of us enjoyed family time at Watershed! It is in a great location, close to Loveland and shopping, yet you are surrounded by the river and woods. The 2 separate houses were helpful for our large group. The older cabin does have a bit of a cabin odor. It is a cute place with a great front porch, and able to fit 5 adults.The larger house has been updated nicely also, with lots of very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were great. The downstairs refrigerator hadn't been wiped out,...

「Was a perfect cabin for our small family to celebrate Thanksgiving together! The home had everything needed. It was great to relax and spend time with family. There were games and books for everyone. 」

「Cabin was large and nice but needs some TLC. We had breakers tripping, you can see the kitchen ceiling is bowing and mouse poop in the couch that looked like it had been there for some time. Very very drafty home which made it hard to keep the temp up. The host was very responsive and helpful though. Neat old cabin though. 」
