  • Discover this 5-bedroom historic home in Clinton that was once the Clinton Country Club Clubhouse. Enjoy the views of Clinton Harbor and Meigs Point from 1 of the 3 decks overlooking the water. After a day of relaxing by the Gunite pool, enjoy a meal in the fully stocked chef's kitchen that includes subzero and a Wolf Stove.

    The first floor of this home has a sitting room with television, 2 fireplaces and a wrap around all season porch. There is a queen bed in the nanny quarters that include washer, dryer, full bath and separate entrance and porch.

    The second floor includes 3 spacious bedrooms, a full bath, a family room with 85 inch television, work station and private deck.

    The 3rd floor Private Captains quarters includes stunning view from the private deck, full bath, stand alone tub, coffee service and remarkable views.
    Come relax in the beautiful home and put your feet up while relaxing on the wrap around all season porch that overlooks the Gunite pool. There are wired speakers and a treadmill at your service along with ample seating to enjoy the tranquility of the waterfront.

    After a day lounging at the pool or on one of the decks enjoy breathtaking sunsets or go to town to enjoy the many amenities Clinton has to offer, Shopping is less than mile away along with local eateries that come highly recommended. This is a beautiful and peaceful location to enhance your trip to Clinton.

This was a magnificent waterfront property on the Connecticut shoreline. Upon arrival we were greeted with a beautiful deck leading to an indoor veranda style wraparound sunroof lounge. The home was pristine for our visit, everything was organized and the hosts ensured a smooth and comfortable stay. The deck and pool area was sublime, and the renovation of the home was thoughtful with a modern kitchen combined with historic elements throughout the home. Plenty of space for various entertainment indoors and outdoors. Thank you for creating a wonderful stay

This was a spacious, beautiful property with an updated kitchen and sparkling pool. We had a fantastic weekend with my family hanging out at the house and going to the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home in Clinton. We were a family of five (including two teens and a 2nd grader), plus one set of parents, and there was something special for each of us to love about this home - and plenty of room. The kitchen is massive and has everything you need to make a great dinner. We enjoyed lazy afternoons at the beautiful pool, relaxing on the decks/balcony, and enjoying walks to nearby attractions - Lobster Landing, Aqua, Shanks & Indian River Kayaks are all within walking distance. This house is also incredibly unique and magazine-worthy - we loved the mix of modern furniture and antiques, as well as historical photos of this property. The hosts were extremely responsive and lovely, going out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Beaches are a short drive, along with fun antique shops, a winery, outlets and more in Clinton and Madison. We were all sad to leave! Hope we will be back!
