「Lake View Apartment on Lake Wylie is a wonderful rental. In the lead up to our trip from Oregon we had some adversity and reached our to James and he was extremely prompt and considerate in text and phone conversations. The location and amenities on the gated property were many. Firepit time next to the lake was spectacular. We paid extra for an awesome pontoon cruise and would schedule a cruise again. The apartment has what we needed to dine in and save but many options close by for eating out....

「The property was just as described, beautiful. Everything we needed to spread out and explore the city. Lovely garage apartment, very private. We never saw the owners even though we were staying above the detached garage. The ceilings made the space feel giant- 12 foot ceilings. Thank you for having us.」

「Had a great stay! Stayed in Southend and went to The Eagles concert at Spectrum. Owner very responsive, reserved parking (1 space) plus street parking. Apartment in a multiapartment building so a coded lock on outside door as well as on the apartment door (different codes). It is a second-floor apartment with no elevator. Owner provided bottled water, coffee machine and coffee bag, juice and basic mixers. Will be back.」

「This small condo was perfect for our short 2-night stay in Charlotte. Good location for concert venues we attended at Knight theater and Visulite Theater. Kitchen equipment was limited (no wine glasses, just 2 bowls, a few plates,etc) which didn’t bother us bc we ate out, but could be a problem for an extended stay. The video link to get in the parking lot, elevator and unit was a lifesaver - be sure to view it or entry could be an issue. Nice, clean condo fit our needs.」

「We enjoyed our stay. Easily accessible to everything. Didn’t have to fight to find parking. Building was secure and quiet. Nice balcony overlooking the pool. Any issues the owner addressed them promptly. Would highly recommend and plan on coming back again.」

「Had to ask multiple times for the check in information. Finally told the information would be sent an hour before check in time. You will receive the address but not the code to enter the apartment until an hour before check in time. This is not an issue except the host kept saying he would send it shortly. Only one TV for a four bedroom and you need to have you own steaming service to watch live TV. Hallway smells as the garbage is left in a room close to the apartment and not put in the garage...

「My experience and stay were amazing. The place was spotless clean. The entire stay and process was seamless. It had everything I needed, very comfortable and made my trip really incredible. The location was awesome and the building and amenities were as well. The only thing I can say as room for improvement is that the cookware - specifically the frying pans were so bad I was unable to cook on them and went to purchase my own so I could cook my meals. Easy fix 😄 Everything else was perfect!...

「This is the first time I stayed in a Kasa property. I will definitely look for them on our next trip. This location is not close to the grocery store. Downtown is close but you need to drive. Uber eats delivered the gate with no issues. 」
