"The dining areas need much better cleaning. As you walk through them, the floors feel sticky, making your shoes stick to the ground. The dishes are often still wet, as if they haven't been dried properly, and although the tabletops may appear clean, the tables themselves look dirty and poorly maintained."

"Great location, away from the heart of the city. Hotel is nice and clean. The shower is amazing! The parking situation is not the best and it was not explained properly by one of the front desk staff at check in. Be prepared to pay for parking and if you aren’t doing Valet parking - try not to get a ticket."

"The property has 3 main buildings with their own themes and hotel rooms. Over a dozen restaurants throughout that offer a ton of variety. The art and design features are phenomenal. This is a destination within itself. Add the ease of getting to the surrounding historic area and you have the PERFECT place for your next trip to Savannah. We had a small housekeeping issue upon arrival that was quickly corrected. The manager gave us a room credit to use at the restaurants and bars for the inconvenience. Don't miss taking a trip down the slide at the rooftop bar!"

"It was very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the lack of parking, which isn’t the fault of the Inn, but still. I ended up paying $50 to valet park. Which was nice but considering the cost per night of the hotel stay, it would have been nicer to include valet parking in the cost."
