「Zimmer waren sauber. Frühstück war leider eine sehr geringe Auswahl und nicht gerade die beste Qualität. Der Frühstückssaal glich einer Bahnhofshalle und war nicht gemütlich zum frühstücken.
Die Bar ist etwas lieblos eingerichtet, eine lange Bank und drei Tische.
Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Dusche ist allerdings recht schwach.
Lage ist auch nicht sonderlich schön.」
「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」
「Staff very friendly, the air conditioning good because of heat wave. The breakfast was good and included many things: coffee, tea, different pastries, bread, butter, jam, fruit, juice, yogurt, sliced meat and cheese, personal pizza. Bathroom was clean. TV had several stations. Also location was good to walk to historic sites, train and bus stations and stores. I would stay again.」
