“Gorgeous property, we loved all of the animals (dogs, cats, and a baby alpaca). The staff was genuinely kind and helpful in scheduling taxis for us. The courtyard is so nice! The water pressure in the shower was hit or miss, but everything else about this hotel was a hit and we loved staying here.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby is beautiful and the river is nearby and soothing to listen to. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with so much food. They even let us leave our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu. A great place to stay!”

“Very noisy hotel. If you try and sleep there are people (incl staff) making a lot of noise and it echoes throughput the hotel. Also it isn't in a convenient location, wouldn't stay again unless they worked on soundproofing.”

“Perfect 2 bedroom suite for our family of 4. Milagros and her staff were very accommodating for our early Checkin after an overnight flight. Very flexible about breakfast time and cleaning schedule. Nice and quiet just on the outskirts of the tourist area of San Blas.”

“I have 3 booking and stay 5 days in total. Front desk staffs are very helpful, but the management arrangement is too bad. They are short of man power, when the front desk staff need to serve another customer and leave the floor, they will lock the front door. This is very safe for customer who stay in the hotel, but not really convenient because sometimes you go out and need to wait the staff back and open the door for you. For the first days, after one people showered, the second people……

“Front staff need to be trained at least 10 times to be able to do things right. These people follow you around and asked other employees to follow you also. Worst experience in my life….”

“Los anfitriones muy amables. En Cusco pasas poco tiempo en tu hotel está bien en relación con el precio. Si caminas 20 minutos llegas al centro o tomas un taxi que cuesta poco. ”

“Wonderfully clean hotel! Very close to the airport with about a 10 min taxi. The hotel can arrange your taxi service. We got there about 8pm and food was hard to order. You will need to ask for towels. Either speak good Spanish or have your Google Translate ready”
