Important Notice:
To protect the property and ensure preparedness for incoming guests, the following replacement costs apply:

A $250 replacement fee per key will be charged for any lost studio key and $250 for any car key. As this is a remote island with limited local resources, replacement keys must be sourced externally and are subject to export timelines, added shipping costs, and availability delays.

A $50 refueling fee will be charged if the car is not returned with the same level of fuel it was provided with.
