Family times

Nice location, excellent people to deal with. Needs elevators for seniors 80 as 40 steps challenging. Pools great for relaxation.

January visit and stay at Pacifico C508

The condo was spacious and comfortable! The owner should consider improving the use of the TV. There were no "live channels" available and the owner only streams. I tried to add my Netflix account but wasn't able to. The house manager, came over and spent an hour and added us to her Netflix account!! Great service. In conversations with some locals we met, sounds like adding a "box" during the high season might be well worth the cost. Thanks.

great space but needs an update

We spent a week at this Pacifico condo. First the positives: the grounds at this complex are immaculate. We enjoyed walking around admiring the landscaping; there always seemed to be someone working on the plantings. The pools were beautiful and immaculately maintained. Pacifico is also conveniently located next to a grocery store, gym and there are many restaurants within walking distance. The Beach Club is a great value, with delicious menu options and a very comfortable way to spend the day. Negative: the unit itself is in dire need of attention. The kitchen cabinets are peeling, there are holes in the walls where there used to be towel bars and art, and the paint is scuffed up all over the place. While the kitchen was well stocked, some of the pans are unusable. The shower in the primary bath was pretty gross and past the point of being cleaned, it really needs to be re-tiled. We did have an issue with some kitchen drawers that wouldn't open but the management company was very responsive and great to deal with. If they could make some repairs and improvements to the interior this unit would be a great rental, I think that since the company owns so many of these units it has just slipped through the cracks.

Unforgettable stay at C508!

Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay. The condo is clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The balcony is a treat! Although this time the Pacifico beach club was closed, we were welcomed at the Cafe de Playa instead and it was great! The amenities - the gym, the juice bar, the Mercadito, Nikkei restaurant - all amazing. Love the proximity to the airport and the central location to seeing lots of other Costa Rica sites. 10/10! HIghly recommend.

Great location

The property was as listed and had great set up. Love the floor plan. We struggled with finding the place, mostly because the way setpoint was to the back gate, which we couldn’t enter, and the location is not pinned to the house. Once we started following the written directions, we were able to find it.

Coco Beach / Pacifico is wonderful

Everything was perfect in our condo. It was quiet, roomy, clean and comfortable. We started and ended every day on the terrace terrace. It was very addicting. The pool is across the street, but we never used it because we preferred the Beach Club. The food and drinks at the Beach Club were excellent. Pacifico is a beautiful complex, safe and secure. We have done VRBO rentals all over the world, and this is definitely one of the best. Can’t wait to go back!
