Pleasant Neighborhood. Close to the beach ⛱️

It was very comfortable, property manager was very responsive and helpful.loved that it had a coin operated washer and dryer it was very convenient since I had wet clothes from the beach to clean before my flight .The back screened in patio in the back was very nice as well. I would definitely stay here again and also recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to vacation.

It was very nice. It is decorated nice. Had everything in the kitchen that you need. Enjoyed the screened in porch. We had an issue with the bathroom faucet and it was fixed right away. Close go the beach. Unfortunately it didn’t have a view. The bed was comfortable. Would stay there again.Easy check in and checkout.

It was ok. Place was clean. Fridge leaked the whole time. But other than that it was ok. I felt safe once the guy came and secured the door.

Perfect location to walk to beach. Parking right in front of unit and has all the necessities needed to stay, eat in and be confortable. We brought our own blow up mattress but there was one there to use. Family of four and just enough space with kids sleeping in LR. I would stay here again! Oh they had a lot of beach gear to borrow too

New Year start off right

Cute and quiet place. The bed was very comfortable! Communication was excellent with host! Would suggest replacing blinds in kitchen as they are broken and allow a view into the home. Also add more curtains to the patio to cover completely. Can visually see in especially at night not allowing privacy. Need to update shower head and dishes. Refrigerator seal needs replaced. All in all we enjoyed our time in the Cocoa Beach area.

Almost beachfront

This property was perfect for 2.It was close to a the beach which was really nice, close to food and shops as well, yet in a quiet spot. Just one downfall was the TV. It kept pausing and freezing and skipping. We didn’t use it much but the hour before bed ended up being only a half hour due to the frustration. Still would recommend this place. Price was fair.

Listing stated "sleeps four". There was one bed and a couch that did not fold out. The pictures show stairs and what appears to be a second bedroom. That was not in our rental. Couch and chair were dirty and smelly. Condo overall smelled musty. Screened in patio chairs and table were wood and dirty. Hard to sit on wood chairs and relax on patio. Could use a couple chairs for relaxing. Beach chairs were old, rusty, and fabric was torn. New black/navy washcloths were leaving dye when wet. Beware no dishwasher in unit. The dishes and utensils that were hand washed, half were clean, the other half had food and splatters. Had to wash before using. This unit could use a small dishwasher. Most of the stay we did not have enough internet service for streaming devices or tv. The unit did have lots of clean towels, paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent. Close to the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Short walk to beach access across a quiet street

Property managers always initiated contact with me via email. It was a great help knowing that they could easily be reached with any concerns. I found that the unit was stocked with most any item that would be needed. They even stocked sunscreen! Plenty of paper products! Enjoyed the visit there very much!

Decent Place for Quick Stay

Overall fine place for a quick stay in the Port Canaveral area. Could use more kitchen ware for people who may want to stay for an extended week etc. place was nice inside however there was a trashed couch out front on the curb that made the place look dingy and trashy. Definitely gave me the impression from the outside that I needed to be cautious of safety. However, inside was fine and updated. Good enough for a place to sleep.
