Summer vacation

This house had plenty of room for my husband and I and our 3 kids and my parents who joined us on the trip. Plenty of room in the house to spread out. House was conveniently located near many local restaurants, shops and the beach. The kids swam in the pool daily! The only thing that was a safety risk was there is no railing by the stairs to the pool and my mom fell getting out of the pool the last day because there wasn't anything to hold onto and broke her hand! Otherwise, we would definitely come stay again and would recommend this place to others!

Spring Break Vacay

Nice home in a nice area close to shops restaurants and the beach if that’s wanted. Nice yard for our dogs to run and play in. Pool is not heated but with some beautiful weather and warm days we were able to enjoy it the end of our stay. Well kept home with friendly neighbors. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet place yet close to the beach.

Great place to explore Cocoa Beach

This home was perfect for our family. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, but just a couple minutes away from everything that we were hoping to experience in Cocoa beach and only an hour away from Disney and Universal. Zareh was great to deal with and answered any questions we had quickly. We appreciated the pool on the hot humid days and it was really nice having a washer and dryer available. Also having the playpen and pool toys for the grandkids and beach necessities for everyone was great. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend this home for your family getaway.

Great stay at Cocoa Beach

Everything about the listing was very accurate to what the property was like. Unfortunately, the picture often doesn't accurately reflect what you get with these listings. The pool was super clean and there was nothing we didn't have access to regarding supplies. We did have a problem with one of the doors but they sent someone immediately to address the issue. We would deffinately stay here agian.

Perfect Family Home Rental!

This house was PERFECT for us, the whole family, including our dog. Always is a risk with a newer rental, but glad we did, this was exactly what we were looking for. Home is in a quiet residential area that is very family friendly. Super close to the beach, downtown Cocoa, food store & other shops. We had PLENTY of house towels, beach & pool towels (which is rare to have at a rental!). Loved that the home provided shampoo, conditioner & body wash for each bathroom, as well as toilet paper & paper towels. Cute little dog bowls as well! The kids loved the foosball & ping pong tables, & cornhole was great fun also. The bunk bed room has LED color lights & a sound machine, which is perfect for the kids. While the pool is not heated, it does get a good amount of sun and was okay for the kids to use. Everything was very clean & we will definitely be using this rental again!
