Charming Indian River Getaway

Respectful guests, please come and enjoy our beautifully restored, charming old home, just a stone's throw from the Indian River and a short 10 minute walk into historic Cocoa Village.

Our 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has recently been through an extensive renovation, modernizing the utilities (plumbing, electric, central a/c, windows etc...) while leaving the old world charm of the home intact. All 3 bedrooms and the master bath complete with beautiful claw foot tub (however there is not a shower located upstairs) are on the second level of the home, while a smaller bathroom with a shower is located just off the laundry room on the main level. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The house is tastefully decorated throughout. We also do the majority of the cleaning without any harmful chemicals. I use hypoallergenic laundry detergent on all the sheets and towels.
