「Attended a wedding at Hensol Castle and stayed the night at The Vale. The shuttle buses between both venues offer a great service. The room was lovely and had everything you would need. And the bed was huge! I didn’t get the chance to eat at the Vale but my family did the night before and said food was great. 」

「We found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called. I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up. Also, the closet door was missing a screw and the door came apart. 」

「What a find, beautiful location, peaceful, on Sand Bay Beach front a few miles from Weston Super Mare but a world away. 「Breakfast was good 」

「房間內很乾淨也還算舒服空間使用的不錯，老闆很聰明省了入住及退房手續，但也有些不安心，萬一我們退房而其他人進入破壞算誰的？。但是早餐真的很差，不如直接不要給早餐，我們自己會準備，因為這裏離最近的超市開車也要10多分鐘，給了餅乾和小小的放很久的麵包及飲料。隔音敦備不好，隔壁的半夜入住都被吵醒了。」
