We ended up canceling our trip there because no one was at the front desk and the property had been sold recently to a new group and they had shut down the facilities and we had no way of getting checked into our apartment. We were compensated at a full refund thank you very much, that was the only bright star of that experience

The place is a less than a minute walk to the beautiful beach. Worth every penny. Fellow travellers looking for beach holiday place to stay this is highly recommended!

Property was dirty and need of maintenance. Bathrooms were again dirty especially the bathtub. There was no additional safety lock at the front door and made us feel very unsafe during night. TV was not working and no wifi facility. Forget about mobile reception! Not worth the money we paid!!!

I’ve stayed here before , I love This place but the gardens and access to the beach are definitely what made us come back only to surpass our expectations the bbq area was Gorgeous like something out of a movie with the bonfire and swinging chairs

My stay at Aqualuna Beach Resort was subpar. Disappointingly, the cleanliness standards needed to be improved, evidenced by sticky floors and unwelcome cockroach encounters. Moreover, the outdated pictures must match the actual condition of the premises. It didn't meet expectations.

Tired, Gloomy brown room, dusty, in need of some maintenance and upgrade. Very Small apartment with bi-folds window between bathroom and bed, which means you can hear someone poop. In need of renovation, perhaps using the premium rate I paid for a low grade room they may now be able to upgrade. Car space is very tight, lucky i have a small car. No facility or local information provided. No reception, so no friendly welcome or somewhere to gather local information.

Beach access very good. However there was no wifi. Only found out once we checked into property. Inside shelves of wardrobe needed cleaning. Grouting around shower tiles needed cleaning. Bathroom was designed for persons with a disability and layout did not appeal to us…lack of shower screen caused water to spread onto much of bathroom floor. Plastic kitchen chairs were in need of a clean. Also was lacking in supply of kitchenware.

Very nice place. Fair price for what it is. Areas of the apartment had not been cleaned for a while (behind the microwave was very dirty) and the sliding door was impossible for anyone in the family to move except me (I am very large and strong) as it needed some serious maintenance. It could only be locked with a long piece of wood (which they had provided) as the latch was broken. Very short walk to the beach. Great location.

Great pool. Great location. Wonderful public BBQ area. Maintenance of the actual room was very poor. There was a light switch hanging off the wall with electrical wires exposed, shower head was so flimsy that it could not hold up it's own weight and the room smelt very damp. The exposed electrical wires were very disappointing. They were insulated and the copper was not visible but that was a shock to see.

The property was dirty, the reception was abandoned, the only contact with them was text, unhelpful, unclean, run down and massively over priced. I sent you and email, and gave thr a Google review... Not happy!

Beautiful location with great pool, beautiful beach and excellent facilities within the complex. The properties we stayed in however are in need of proper cleaning and could do with proper up keep. Both properties are in need of a total re fit after years of use as holiday rentals (broken doors, missing doors, stained carpets mouldy bathrooms etc). The only saving grace these properties have going for them is the amazing location and the excellent complex in which they are situated. For the price, I would not recommend stating here unless significant improvements are made to the cleanliness and the overall condition of these properties.

Do not stay here. The service is non-existent, no formal reception and does not make up for this in any way. Light switch was hanging off the wall, extra bed no make up or enough bedding provided. No wifi or even all the free to air channels. The photos are false advertising as there is no gym or restaurant.

The property wasn’t the cleanest, single beds very uncomfortable needing new mattresses, screen door broken, tea towel very thin and falling apart, only 1 plug for the whole apartment so we needed to use the bath plug to wash up, no Wi-Fi, no little necessities like a small amount of milk to make coffee, bare minimum essentials provided, stains on quilt, lounge worn and uncomfortable. Overpriced for what we were given.

This property should not be called a Resort! It desperately needs repairs - peeling paint, taps falling out of sink, bath vents falling out, carpet damaged, lights not working, very limited internet reception. Overpriced for the condition of the property.

The room we had was ok door leading to balcony stuck and could not open, the balcony was dirty so was the bath mat, had stains, possibly blood. Stairs, corridors, and car parking areas needs to be cleaned. Very sad to see this resort is not being maintained as it should. For the money I paid it was disappointing.

Be aware there is no phone reception nor complementary WIFI. No concierge, all communication done via text to the owner upon arrival. Small matinance needs to be completed ie sauna not working/lights not working/additional bedding/upper balcony sliding door was really hard to open

Amazing location, nice and quiet. The room i had Unfortunately had no privacy screen between the bathroom/toilet and bed and it was open, spa tap broken and sliding door to the outdoor balcony was very hard to open. Amazing private beach walk! No need to contact reception as everything was ready on arrival. Nice and cool with aircon and a comfortable bed.

The resort grounds were lovely but the apartment was a little tired and needed work to spruce it up. Some lights weren't working, dryer didn't work but it was functional and served a purpose for the one night we stayed.

My booking was cancelled and I was travelling with a baby and a child. They tried to call me to take the payment, I made the payment 3 hours after the call using a payment link they sent me. As I hadn’t receive any communication regarding key collection I have them a call and was informed my booking had been cancelled. This was at 9:30pm and I had to find another accomodation. I still haven’t received my refund. The number available on the website is just an automated voicemail and the number I received a call from is a guy that keeps saying they will refund but I have not received any replies to any of my emails.

This was a great spot and we enjoyed the stay. It is a nice complex with good views from and close to the beach. However, the cleanliness was quite poor and I hope they improve in this because we would like to stay there again.
