Overnight stay during Brisbane to Sydney travel.
Ideal quiet location opposite beach. Room was clean and quality towels and linen.

Close to the bwach
A quick stopover in Coffs Harbouren route to Sydney was made pleasant. The staff were friendly, the room very clean and the bed comfortable. Good value

Great Position no frills accomodation.
Good little hotel in a great spot, with easy close access to beach, bowls club, pub. Spacious rooms with plenty of beds. Only issue was our double bed mattress was made up of 2 really soft thin mattresses on top of each other. Not a comfortable nights sleep. But rooms were neat and tidy.

The room was extremely dirty especially the toilet. There were cockroaches in the wash room and bugs in the bed

Hi Zac thank you for your comment. Im not sure where you got bugs in the bed as we have never ever had this before. Our beds are fitted with 5 star toppers and are washed regularly.

Have stayed her once before. Not the prettiest rooms but they are very comfortable rooms. Have everything that you need !

The room is located close to Park Beach. The amenities were good and there is plenty of space of the rooms. Parking is easy with plenty of spaces.

Unprofessional old motel
Booked 2 twin rooms for 4 adults and 2 children(1 year and 8 Years). Second room was in pathetic condition. Booking details tell that it has got Air conditioning in it. BUT there was an air cooler in the room that too without water. Unfortunately had to spend a night with noisy fan. Asked me to pay for both children. Upon argument she waived off for 1 year old however had to pay for 8 years old. Why I had to pay when booked twin room(1S+1Q). The lady at reception was rude when complained about the air conditioner issue. BIG NO.. NEVER GOING TO STAY AT THIS MOTEL.

Not the most ideal location
I felt this motel was a little overpriced. The place is very outdated, bathroom had shower curtains and had a particular smell about it. The staff on the other hand were friendly. Park Beach is probably not the most ideal location to stay in in Coffs Harbour. Restaurants and cafes are mainly near the jetty which is a drive away.

Thank you for your comment. Our prices are one of the cheapest in Coffs Harbour during high season. We are only a 3 star accommodation. All our rooms are hygienically clean and as we are only management, we can advise the owner of the conditions to upgrade. Thank you Management

Room was clean and tidy. Only issue was the bed dipped into the middle. Had to put blankets under the mattress. Other than that was a great place to stay.

Nice Hotel in good location
We enjoyed our stay, good sleep and plenty of exercise. Bowling club and Hoey Moey where a quick walk from the hotel where good meals could be obtained A short walk to experience a great breakfast.

We found the motel was quiet and clean and would definitely stay there again if we could have a ground floor unit again. Could have more parking spaces.

As basic as it gets.
I booked and paid for a room with shower over bath and a private balcony. Neither of these actually exist. At what point are hotels held responsible for their specific room information? It certainly seems to be a common occurrence with Wotif listings. Otherwise a basic room, probably suitable only for an overnighter.

Friends get together
We gathered here as a central point for a number of old friends to get togerther for a game of golf. We came from as far North as Brisbane and as far South as Newcastle.

For the price we paid, this place was really good value! Good location, being just opposite the beach. Ok for one or two nights, but not all that comfortable for a longer stay. Rooms were a bit dark and there wasn't a sink for washing up except in the bathroom.

Very convenient, peaceful and conformable
We stayed two nights and it was delightful experience. We haven't used any food service so not sure about that. Overall the family room was of good size and beds were comfortable. The hotel premises and room were neat and clean.

Close to the beach and that's about as good as it gets. Room not clean and very outdated. Lots of mould in bathroom. No showerscreen only curtain, you have keep pulling it off the whole time your in the shower. Only heater was a bar heater that were used in the 60s. Kids play equipment very average. Save money and go stay down the road....

I would not stay here again. The staff were rude & argumentative. The advertised 'kitchenette' consisted of a microwave & sink only. The room is very old & dated, not much seems to have gone into the upkeep of the rooms.

Great location
Very clean and tidy close to every thing beach across the road as is bowlo, pub and restraunt up the road. Rooms very comfortable. This is the fifth time in have stayed here and the standard has been high on each occasion.

Great location and presentation, room very average
The motel presents very well externally. It is immaculate. The gardens are well maintained, great group BBQ area and a more than suitable pool. If you want to be at the beach, as I did, you can't get a better location than along Ocean Parade. Unfortunately though the quality of the rooms are poor and not suitable to the rate paid, even though they are clean. They are extremely dated and tired, both the room itself and the bathroom. It would not take a lot of money to bring them up to speed, especially new mattresses, bed linen and towels. Additionally, it was virtually impossible to sleep as every 5 minutes throughout the day and night (and this is not an exaggeration) a loud noise in the pipes went off, lasting three seconds at a time, and this metronomic regularity drove me spare. Having the Park Beach Bowling Club across the road is a great bonus as it is a large and modern Club with great meals and facilities and for breakfast there is an excellent café 100 metres away.

Hi Guy. Thank you for your honest comments. We have been here for 1 and 1/2 months now and we are upgrading the rooms when we can. We have started painting the rooms, have changed the old quilts to new, added new blankets, and waiting on new towels and sheets to arrive. We thank you for your comments about our gardens as we have put a lot of time and effort in these. Also our pool is getting a new make over in May when the weather is cooler.
