Comfortable stay with good sized rooms. Easy access to all the local attractions. Staff is respectful and courteous. Just had an issue with the room not being cleaned for the duration of our stay despite us requesting for it.

We stayed in the King studio and the facilities seemed to be recently updated. For a studio it had decent little kitchen and the room was very spacious. It’s also very central to a lot of places within Coffs. We stayed two nights and couldn’t really fault it.

My wife & I stayed one night on 16/3/24 in a standard queen bed room. The room was reasonably spacious and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was reasonably modern with a nice shower. Because of the standard and “higher end accommodation cost”, we expected a couple of things to be available but they were not. Those 2 things which disappointed us were: 1. The Motel’s restaurant was unexpectedly not open on the Saturday night we stayed; and 2. The Motel does not have Foxtel or Kayo. (On the night we stayed, we were wanting to watch a particular rugby league game which was only on Foxtel or Kayo. We had to have a helpful member of the reception staff come to our room to show us how to do a “casting” from the Kayo App on my iPhone on to the TV screen in our room.)

Thank you for the review John, we apologise that you were not aware that our restaurant is only open Monday-Thursday nights as these are our busy nights or that we did not have Foxtel. We find with all the casting options these days there is not a need for Foxtel and instead we upgraded all our TV's to offer streaming, therefore giving people many more options on what they can watch. We hope we can welcome you again for another stay.

Good for what we needed it for. Stop over for long journey. Rooms were clean and functional. Pool is quiet small but looks well maintained. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Was quite busy so parking can get full.

It was in a good location but the hotel is outdated and needs an update. The room smelt musty and had bad odour throughout. The room was quite prone to noise slamming from the next door and can hear the taps running as other guests wake up or go to sleep. Overall, good to stay quickly but for the price I paid was not worth it based on the condition of the facility.

This motel was great for an overnight stop. Very clean and newly refurbished rooms. Very comfortable. Pubs within walking distance and staff were super friendly. Would stay again.

Staff were nice & friendly enough and room reasonably clean but the kids pool which is close to all rooms was open until 9pm with kids screaming until then. The bed mattress was terrible and ended up trying to sleep on the floor. Then heavy pounding on the ceiling above us with kids obviously let running in the room above from 4:30am. Left the hotel at 5am with almost no sleep.

Hi Brady, we apologise for failing to exceed your expectations on your recent stay. We do have room types that are not near the pool area if you prefer. We never want any of our guests to be disturbed by other guests and can be contacted at any time to address any issues. We receive so many compliments on our beds but as a bed is such a personal taste item it is impossible to find beds that everyone will like so we are sorry you did not find yours comfortable. We hope if you stay with us again you will have a more enjoyable experience.

Staff were excellent and welcoming. Room was on the bottom level so sound travelled from above and from the hallway, suggest requesting a high level room if you are a light sleeper. Location is good for access to the main road when staying for a stop over.

The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. The town house was slightly dated but it had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and it was very clean, however their was an unfavourable smell in the house, a little bit like bad body odour or wet dog and the hot water for the shower ran out on the 3rd short shower. It was however good value for money, just slightly noisy by the main road but parking was good and the town was super accessible. I would recommend for a short stay.

Checkin was friendly and quick, the room was well planned and the bed was very comfortable. My only criticism was the shower was extremely hard to get at the right temperature. I felt like I wasted a lot of water trying to get it so it wasn’t either scalding hot or freezing cold otherwise a very nice stay.
