「hot and cold water is difficult to control , water output is not strong enough」

「This was a wonderful experience, very friendly staff who were always ready to help, offering glasses of chilled water in the spacious and well-furnished public rooms and alcohol in the evenings. We stayed in the large Shakespeare room, often used as a Bridal Suite. The spa is great, with a good sized pool, a jacuzzi and unusual sauna. Really good breakfasts served in bedrooms and at the nearby sister-hotel Milsoms. The fine dining at the main restaurant on the nearby River Stour was sublime,...

「Lovely place to stay, just outside of Sudbury town centre. Room was cosy, bed lovely and comfortable with a great shower. Owners were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast options were great and tasty. It's not walking distance to any evening food options, so you will need a car if staying there, but Sudbury is only 10 minutes away. 」

「We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round .」

「I had a really nice stay at The WoolPack Inn. I liked the way the room was decorated and it was lovely and clean. Daily housekeeping too which was great. Staff were really friendly and happy to help. Only small downside was that the room was pretty small - no wardrobe (just some hangers on some pegs)/vanity area. However, this didn't affect my stay.
