「The suite was large and very comfortable. The location was easy to get to, free parking was awesome, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff was great. The bartender was very accommodating to us despite us having a large group who made a bit of a mess with pizzas that we brought in. We will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area. 」

「Hotel staff were very good. First room smelled of smoke. Second room had a door lock that didn't work that they were going to fix but that wasn't fixed, so the hotel staff let us in and out of roof. Also, coffee maker was broken. Beautiful lobby, but the hotel rooms need some work.」

「This charming old hotel from the early 20th century is conveniently located near one of the most beautiful beach parks on the east coast. It is clean, comfortable and at an affordable price. The staff are friendly and extremely service oriented wanting to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Long Isalnd south shore.」

「Affordable. Staff responded to special requests professionally and efficiently. Helped with luggage on stairs,no elevator.Very kind staff,liked coffee and tea in lobby in morning.It was economical considering the other hotels were expensive and we had traveled to attend wedding , so it was good we had lower bill for this expense.」

"As an experienced traveler, I have to rate this La Quinta a ONE out of Five. The facility is too old to use. To open the door, you need to insert the card key dozens of times. The hall way is not flat, slightly uphill or downhill. The drain of the tub is only half-working. When you take shower your feet are in the water. Basin is cracked and glued. AC sound wakes you up every time when it starts. Breakfast is ok, but lack of food after 8:50, it says that the time of breakfast is 6:30 to 9:30. Parking is free and safe, which is only thing make my thumb up. Overall, with $140 per night price, I must say, I was very disappointed by this hotel!!! By the way, the other La Quinta hotels I have lived in are very good."
