"The open concept kitchen-living-dining was perfect for our family gathering. The house appeared to be less than 5 years old and is a perfect “movie like” neighborhood. They also decorated it for Christmas with a tree and a wreath along with a few pieces here and there made our Christmas to New Year’s Eve celebration even homier. Our concerns were minor: have 2 sets of towels for all 8 guests, add enough plates, cups, mugs, salad plates and silverware for 12, add kitchen towels, add a pizza...

"It was large enough for our whole family. Bright & comfortable, we felt at home. In a time of mourning the loss of our father/Opa, our creature comforts we're not a concern. We are grateful."

"Kitchen had everything you could want, close to the aqueduct center. I liked that he wasn’t cheap on the coffee pods and had bottled water and drinks in the fridge. There were all the condiments you could want plus other food items and burgers. We didn’t bring out puppy but there were emergency dog leashes and plenty of blankets and towels, plus emergency items. He was quick and even extended us at the last moment. Only issue Is the fridge is a bit noisy during the freeze cycle."

"Daughter and I stayed 3 nights. Very clean. Beds were comfy, plenty of fluffy towels and extra blankets. The coffee/tea station was great and appreciated. We parked on street no problem (driveway parking for house is around back). Kitchen and dining area a little small but we ate out mostly anyway. Would return!"

"The Violet House proved to be more than shelter, it was a comforting and charming retreat! Although we were in High Point for business and were just looking for a close place to stay for market, we fell in love with her charm. Jane was a fantastic host and we intend to stay again."

"Darling cottage located close to the Highpoint Furniture Market. Comfortable beds and has all the amenities needed for travel. One bathroom could be a challenge for more than two if not family. Would definitely stay again and recommend."

"One of the best vacation rentals you can bring pets to that we’ve ever stayed in! Hosts are super responsive and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home! We hope to stay here again when we are back in the area. Easy check in and out & great communication. Home is cozy and well stocked with items you need in the kitchen. We didn’t get to utilize the pool due to rain and length of stay but it is large and well kept, added bonus is a lovely backyard for the fur babies to run and play in....
