「Very convenient and high quality accomodations, with friendly and helpful staff. The bar / lounge is comfortable and has a full bar, but a limited food menu. Another area that looked like it will include full meals was under construction when we were there. Building construction was going on next door, but this did not interfere with a very pleasant stay. Really appreciate the focus on sustainability. 」

「Es un hotel que está muy cerca a Nueva York, y la facilidad Para transportarte hacia hacia allá, es increíble, es muy rápida, y tiene muy cerca varias amenidades. El personal de lugares muy amable, y aunque no todos hablan español, si tratan de ayudar y se dan a entender. El desayuno podría mejorar un poco aunque tiene un precio justo por la calidad.」

「马路噪音大，夜深时尤其吵。室外装饰灯太亮，窗帘不挡光，巨大缝隙放进亮光。台灯不受开关控制，时亮时灭，如同鬼火。冰箱声音巨大。」

「I was here for work and realized that they had put me on the 30th floor which is close to the rooftop bar. I was not aware that they had DJs and the music and bass would run down to my room. The front desk was really nice nad moved me to another room the next day and the noise was completely gone and I could wake up early without any sound issues. The cafe is nice, I just wish there was a restaurant available in the afternoons where I can order a coffee and sit and work. Overall my stay was...

「位置绝佳，地铁站地面以上。距离火车站步行5分钟。安保好，有24小时保安查卡，持卡进入。寸土寸金的34街，交通方便，节省打车开支。」

「地点位置不错，记不清住了几次，总之每次来纽约都住这家酒店。去哪里都抬脚很方便。周边吃的也很多。」

「Pro—Very cheerful and helpful desk and housekeeping staff. Convenient to most of the sights we wanted to see in Manhattan. Cons—only two slow, small elevators to serve both guest and housekeeping staff. Only one ice machine for guests and it is located in the cellar, we had to go down and back up 36 floors on slow and usually crowded elevators just to get a bucket of ice. 」

「Breakfast was really quite incredible considering the number of people who were there!! Fruit, pastries, eggs, protein and potatoes or biscuits every day. Room was functional with modern clean bathroom. Front desk staff could not have been more helpful!!!」
