“Horrible customer service”

“Great beach. Many pools. Very spacious bedrooms, living room and full kitchen. Large bathrooms. Lots of activities. Would have liked a restaurant on property for breakfast. Marriott needs to spend a few more bucks on toilet paper (not a joke).”

“Staff was not very friendly or helpful. Room was extremely small and shower had dead nats all over the ceiling. Would not recommend especially for the price.”

I was traveling with 2 year old toddler and upon arrival the room did not have a microwave, the room’s air conditioning temperature was very warm, the refrigerator was not working and the room’s floor had hair on the corners and crevices of the bathroom. Also did not like that the hotel is not all enclosed. As soon as you get out of your room your outside. The……

“The restaurant at the hotel is terrible. The staff in the morning don’t speak English and we found a full bag bread with mold. It was gross. Be careful”

“Perfect weekend getaway”

“The property itself needs a little work. There were stains on the ceiling and it could have been a little bit cleaner (there were pee pee drops on the front of the toilet and the floor needed a good vacuuming). We had to check into the B&B from the next door hotel which seemed a little shady inside. The B&B write up claimed the it was located on the beach. It is not. You have to either walk thru an alley way or cut through the neighboring property to access the beach. The reason I rated the B&B……

“This was a special celebration for 1st Cousins being reunited and celebrating a birthday. The villa was so beautiful and enjoyable. I would visit again.”

“This appears to be a former motel that is being transformed into suites. The room appears to have been two motel rooms. The door previously used for adjourning rooms has been replaced by french doors. One bathroom was replaced with a kitchen. However, there weren't any pots and pans, dishes, or utensils yet. There was a microwave that could be used. One bedroom had 2 queen beds and the other had a queen bed and a couch. The pool was closed. The location that looked like it was used for checking……
