“Check out is at 11 am management called me at 10 am to remind me that check out is at 11am.this is so unprofessional that it defies belief.the heat for the room was an extremely loud wall unit.even though there is baseboard heating. The room could have had brighter lighting.When I asked around town about the hotel , everyone, I spoke to said it had a bad reputation.saf state of affairs in the hospitality industry”

“Awesome front desk service! We were there for a dance competition snow storm came. Very accommodating- clean room comfortable beds. Excellent location. All around very comfortable stay!”

“All in all, the overall experience is a pleasant surprise in this 2-1/2 star hotel. The room was bigger and the level of cleanliness was better than expected. The coin-operated self-serviced laundromat on the floor was an added pleasant surprise. If there is an need in the future for a hotel room in the surrounding area, this hotel will be my priority choice.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! The staff here display a mob in a gang mentality, and there is a history of this if you read the lowest star reviews. My girlfriend’s DoorDash order was delivered to the wrong room and when I went to get her money back, I was threatened with violence. I was then chased through the parking lot by one of those men along with the night auditor the night auditor name is Quan He’s at least 6 foot five and the following day because I called the police to get our money back. ……

“Our room temperature was 65 degrees at check in late in the evening. No response when front desk was called. Next morning it was 58 degrees. Front desk response was "I'll make a note for the manager when he comes in." No maintenance response. The body wash dispenser was empty. There was debris in the kitchenette sink.”

“There was no trash can in my room when I arrived. The towel for the floor and the have towel in the bathroom had black marks on them. There was only one wash cloth. There was trash on the floor by the nightstand. The charger didn't work on the one lamp and the outlet was blocked by the nightstand. One of the 3 pillows had burn holes in the pillowcase and another had blue ink all over it. The bed want lined up with the headboard (which was mounted to the wall and not attached to the bed). The……
