"The hotel had a great breakfast, prime location to the park loop and Cadillac Mountain. Has a great bus service to town and the pools are amazing. Rooms were roomy and we had an amazing view from our room. "

"I stayed here because of the ratings, the proximity to town (there's a nice sidewalk you can walk right into downtown Bar Harbor and the island hopper shuttle stops right outside the motel as well), and the great price. Highbrook Motel did not disappoint!!
The hospitality was amazing and the wifi was great. My partner and I worked from "home" for a day during our stay and had very good, reliable internet. Every night, you can place an order an included breakfast which is then left outside your door during a specified time slot.
My only complaint were the pillows which were all pretty thick and stiff. If you're coming to the area by car, maybe bring your own. Still, after long days being out and about, the pillows did not stop me from passing out cold at night. :)
I'd definitely stay here again. The value/high ratings lived up to the hype. "
