"Very convenient to access Miami University"

"We were in town for a soccer tournament and enjoyed being 12 min from Joyce and Optimist fields plus having great food options in downtown Hamilton. Suggest The Fringe for coffee, and Basil 1791 for dinner. The house was as pictured. Loft bedroom upstairs with sitting nook and full bath with shower. Downstairs is kitchen, living room and half bath with laundry. We did not cook, but certainly could have with the adequate equipment and utensils provided. Appreciated the extra sheets and bedding....

"This VRBO is perfect for families or parents visiting the Miami campus or Oxford area. We had 3 moms of students stay here and it was only a 5 minute Uber ride to the campus. The property is very clean and tastefully decorated. We will definitely try to stay here again."

I mean you step outside and within 50 feet your cruising the local strip. That being said, it was very tolerable noise wise. No complaints. I can't say enough great things about this place. "The house was roomy and in a convenient location for our stay. Close to the highway and easy access to the local towns. Only complaint was there were minimal towels available and 1/2 bath had paper towel dispenser instead of towel bar for a hand towel, which was not the best to dry my face after nighttime washing. The thermostat automatically changed back to 63 every night, so had to keep an eye on that as it was quite chilly when we were there."

"We were very pleased with the house, entry and exit were very easy! The house was clean and tidy and there was plenty of room to park two trucks. The only down side was that the neighbors were not very respectful late at night with revving car engines at 3:00am and some drunken shouting at the same time. That in no way was our hosts fault. Couple things that could be addressed inside was a light over the sink, another on over the coffee area and the light over the stove did not work. We hope...

"I and 6 other relatives stayed in this property. It was adequate for our needs, but I was a little disappointed in some aspects of it. Positives: Good location for where we needed to be (close to Middletown, where other family members were); perfect setup for the three elderly folks with us (two BRs and baths on main level); quiet and safe neighborhood; lower level for us "younger" folks (nice because it was cooler down there, which was good for sleeping when the upstairs folks needed it...

"We came into town to participate in a reunion concert at Miami and this was the perfect place! It was far enough away from campus not to hear any partying students, yet close enough to park uptown in 5 minutes. It was exactly as advertised - fully furnished, clean, and even has a hot tub, although we didn't use it. The hosts were available and responsive. No complaints! We will definitely be back for the next time we will be in town."
