「I was there for just one night. The staff was very helpful helping me park and accommodating my early checkout (well before any of the staff was set to arrive for the day). It's just a 5 minute walk to the beach and the beautiful castle, with over a dozen restaurants to choose from. The room was small, but it had a cute balcony and was clean and comfortable. The mattress was very firm. There is no elevator, so I had to drag my suitcase up to the third floor using the stairs. Overall a good stay.」

「Beautiful little micro apartment in an old but restored building. Close to beach and plenty of food options. Communication was fast and smooth. Would absolutely return.」

「Booking was made for three people and bed linen was provided for two. Reception closes at 7pm and the emergency number was on a board at the closed reception as we all are perfectly aware that it would be there to go and find it?! Why not send that info in the number of emails that we received or have it in every room ? Or why not forward to that number when reception is closed which is 19 of 24 h ? One of the chairs had a dusty footprint on it , so there was no cleaning of that apartment worth...

「I booked the hotel because I had an early morning flight. It offered a complimentary shuttle to the airport. The hotel is quite new (2-3 months?) and the shuttle was not set up yet. So I had to use a taxi which was not cheap.」

「Beautiful boutique hotel. Really big room with high ceilings and wonderful bathroom. The staff are very helpful and responsive (WhatsApp). Parking a few minutes. A short walk to Dali Museum. The breakfast was a good deal too. Lots of choice. Nice sitting areas inside or in open courtyard.」

「Nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit. La chambre était un peu petite mais bien équipée et nous avons bien eu les 3 lits séparés qui était une exigence de notre part. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous n'avons pas dîner à l'hôtel (peut être aurions nous dû!!) et le petit-déjeuner était tout à fait satisfaisant.」

「Disappointing and misleading experience I understand the credit may have been outside the official policy, but the way it was handled was very frustrating. I had to leave one night early and asked at reception whether the unused night could be credited. The person at the desk told me it would be credited, but later the hotel denied the credit through Expedia. If the answer was no, they should have said that clearly at the time. Being told one thing in person and then having the request denied...
