「The automated check in procedure is a mess. The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message. This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid. If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer. The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool. 」

「I booked the whole apartment as shown in my booking, however, when I arrived, I only got the living room for my whole family. they have sold the bedroom to another people. The agent did not tell us this beforehand and just said we will get some refund for our staying. My whole family was packed in the living room, and we have to share bathroom with other people for the entire stay. The bathroom also had very bad smell and not well maintained. During our staying, we asked room service, but no...

「Der schlimmste Aufenthalt in einem Hotel! In meinem Zimmer roch es nach Abfluss und ich fand im Bett Insekten! Ich habe den Aufenthalt abgebrochen und warte seitdem auf eine Rückmeldung vom Hotel zur Klärung. Bisher erhielt ich keine Antwort!」

「Das Zimmer war ok, der Fehrnseher ist nicht gegangen , das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, es gab kein Frühstück ( Koch krank), das Hotel lag 3 Meter neben einer starkbefahrener Bahnschine ( konnte Mann beim Buchen nicht erkennen) also alles im ganzen schlechteste Hotel das ich je gebucht habe.」

「Convenient to get to Merode. Unfortunately we stayed the night there was a large group also staying and there was a lot of noise.
