“We enjoyed our 1 month stay here overall. The staff were very helpful and friendly (despite the language barrier). There were a few times we had some issues, I sent a message on WhatsApp and they sent someone to help in a timely manner. The cafe on the ground floor had great pastries and coffee :) We couldn't try the restaurant on the roof as we were told there were no vegetarian dishes. “Top notch facility, clean, outstanding views, very gracious staff and 100% secure. I got one of the VIP rooms with 2 beds and baths. Picture perfect sunsets. There is a beautiful view of the city from the rear where the door and walkway are, and there is a small soccer field down below where you can take in all levels of games from 8am-11pm with food and refreshments. I advise to not venture too far back there for your safety, however, but the walled city is just a 15 minute walk or 5 min Uber……

“We had an absolutely fabulous day in Jaime’s apartment. It has an excellent location near all the best restaurants, it was super clean, has gorgeous rooftop pools, is well equipped with kitchen supplies, and is located on a beautiful square at Plaza Fernandez de Madrid. The location has kinds of amenities at your fingertips, including a grocery store, ATM, tour agency, etc. Jamie had all kinds of excellent suggestions which made us have a very full week. On the tour company we highly recommend……
