"My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It’s the nicest place we’ve stayed in Colonial Beach. Dan, the host, was quick to answer any questions. The home is tastefully decorated and quite comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for the little amount of cooking that we did. The bed was comfortable with nice linens. The view of Monroe Bay was exceptional!! We would love to stay again with friends. The only issue might be the full size beds in the other two bedrooms. That would be a challenge for most couples. We loved our time at this beautiful home!!"

"From the moment you drive up, you are in love with the property...you see the horses across the street and water view even from the front of the house! When you open the front door, you know you have started your vacation! Beautifully decorated open floor plan gorgeous home! You would think you are steping into a model home! Super cleaned! Perfectly decorated. The kitchen is big, the island is huge, the table is beatiful and you have a great view of the water. Both sitting area and living room are perfect. The master bedroom is beyond perfect! View of the water from your bed, bathroom is spacious. The 2nd master is comftable, the kids room is great. This house has EVERYTHING YOU COULD NEED! The game room downstairs is phenomenal! Kids didn't want to leave lol Then you have the nice pool area, confy outside furniture, all with water view. You can also bbq in the nice size gas gril. The water was beautiful! We were lucky to have brought our kayaks! We had a blast. Kids also enjoyed playing basketball! I can not recomend this home enough! Loved it! Hope i can get to return. Oh...did i mentioned you are literally 5minutes from foodlion and McDonalds! Lol. You can't ask for a better location! Tons to do and near a lot of awesome places to go to! The owner is sooo sweet and is quick to answer any question you may have :-)"

"The hotel staff was great, but we booked that hotel because of the pool and it was closed I was not told until check in"

"Quiet area great for families. Loved the outdoor space. We brought 2 large dogs and they had a safe place to enjoy without escaping. The fire pit was nice and the shed with the beach chairs and different sized bikes was awesome. The inside was clean and had nice touches. The golf cart rentals and restaurants were very convenient."

"Home had great amenities. Large decks with grill and tables & chairs for meals and great water view and sunsets. Life preservers for all ages a great touch although it was too cool for us to use them."
