“Very friendly and accommodating staff”

“The best Hyatt Place I have stayed. The rooftop bar was a very nice addition. Breakfast was amazing as well with a great selection of fruit, protein, and carbs. The coffee was pretty decent as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.”

“Room was clean & well-designed. Stand-up shower in bathroom was appreciated. Temp in room was easy to adjust & maintain on a very hot Texas visit.”

“The room was fine and the staff were very helpful but the ice machine on our floor was out of order, the one available elevator was very slow and the pool was closed for our whole visit. The location was excellent, however—-very close to the cultural district and a lovely walking trail.”

“The room and bathroom was clean which was nice. There was no extra blankets or pillows and no sign of the remote for the TV. The coffee bar across from our room had no regular coffee pods and according to the sign on the counter, there was supposed to be creamer in the refrigerator. However, there was absolutely no creamer in the fridge or even any powdered creamer. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and all she could do was offer an excuse that a previous guest had taken the creamer. ……

“Had a great 4 night stay.very safe and quiet neighborhood with restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very clean rooms with good coffee and breakfast. Hosts responded very quickly and helped us when our airline lost a suitcase. Would definitely book here again.”

“The place was amazing! From the approach to finally opening the door it was amazing. We had only a one night stay-cation but everything was amazing and everything worked! If had a critique it would be on the booking confirmation process. We didn’t get the room and access info until after 4pm on the day of check in. Luckily, once we pulled up, we had all the info to access. I guess not knowing and there not being a lobby/ front desk made it a bit more stress. But besides that we loved it. We will……

“Great location. Very attractive property. Nobody cleaned our room for three days. Don’t know why. Corn hole was missing a bean bag. There should be umbrellas to provide shade out at the pool. Will stay there again because of the location but would like these issues fixed. Next time I’ll stop at the front desk each morning to request room cleaning.”

“The hotel itself was a nice experience. However, I was off put by lack of parking. It’s located on a busy street, the only attached garages are meant for residents in the apartments, meaning you have to valet. Not ideal for everyone. Also charging $200 for incidentals up front seemed odd. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels and have always simply needed to have a card on file to be charged in case of. Not charged upfront. It’s not ideal being out an extra $200 while traveling but okay.”
