“The best Hyatt Place I have stayed. The rooftop bar was a very nice addition. Breakfast was amazing as well with a great selection of fruit, protein, and carbs. The coffee was pretty decent as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.”

“Everyone was incredible friendly and helpful from the time we checked in, guidance in local eating recommendations, greeted when we returned in the evenings, and even helping me MacGyver a tube to protect concert posters for the flight home. (Special shout out to Christina!) The hotel is only about 15 minute walking distance from the Dickies venue and felt to be very safe area. The room was really comfortable and the kitchenette stocked with everything you’d need to prepare meals in. Highly……

“The room was fine and the staff were very helpful but the ice machine on our floor was out of order, the one available elevator was very slow and the pool was closed for our whole visit. The location was excellent, however—-very close to the cultural district and a lovely walking trail.”

“The room and bathroom was clean which was nice. There was no extra blankets or pillows and no sign of the remote for the TV. The coffee bar across from our room had no regular coffee pods and according to the sign on the counter, there was supposed to be creamer in the refrigerator. However, there was absolutely no creamer in the fridge or even any powdered creamer. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and all she could do was offer an excuse that a previous guest had taken the creamer. ……

“Had a great 4 night stay.very safe and quiet neighborhood with restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very clean rooms with good coffee and breakfast. Hosts responded very quickly and helped us when our airline lost a suitcase. Would definitely book here again.”

“A great experience for a fair price. Individual, 2 story units with a full kitchen. It’s more like a fully stocked apartment than a hotel room. We’re going again!!!”

“Amazing place to stay; clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, reasonable prices. However, parking is a bit of an issue. They offer valet parking for 45 a night, but the only self-park is street parking. This hotel is in the medical district with some very popular restaurants and bars nearby so parking can be pretty difficult to find. We ended up paying for the valet because the closest open free parking was about four blocks away”

“The hotel itself was a nice experience. However, I was off put by lack of parking. It’s located on a busy street, the only attached garages are meant for residents in the apartments, meaning you have to valet. Not ideal for everyone. Also charging $200 for incidentals up front seemed odd. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels and have always simply needed to have a card on file to be charged in case of. Not charged upfront. It’s not ideal being out an extra $200 while traveling but okay.”

“The gym is nothing more than a few pieces of cardio equipment, so something to keep in mind. The free laundry room is a massive plus”
