"The room was good as was the bathroom. But the heated pool wasn't functioning and it took the better part of an hour to get the sauna working. Breakfast was good. A bit more service and tea/coffee facilities in the room would lift the experience. "

Siento que han descuidado aspectos como internet no había en la habitación solo en áreas comunes, el servicio sanitario no bajaba bien, jabón y shampoo de mala calidad y escaso, la lámpara de la mesa de noche estaba roto el cable. "We had a great stay and paid a fair value for a beautiful room with lake and volcanos view. It is true the hotel needs some updating, specially in tje exterior pool, garden and painting. Some interior details were already updated and very nice. We loved the reading room, the poems along the walls and the corridors lights."

Well furnished rooms, views from higher floors

"No issues checking in after midnight or getting a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Rooms are similar to what you might get at an airport hotel in the states except that the furniture is higher quality and there's a coffee pod machine. Simple continental breakfast provided, roads around the property can be noisy as locals regularly use their horns, fairly steep hill between the hotel and town centre. Room included mini-fridge and water bottles. Felt more coffee pods could have been provided on a daily basis and the pod machines could have been better (need to tilt the cups to get them under the nozzel). Generally quiet but there can be noise from other guests. Main issues with the room were the lower floors don't have the city / coastal views advertised and they're very dark in the evenings (insufficient lighting). Good wifi, very helpful front desk staff."

"Some aspects of the hotel are in disrepair (ie. door handles, one of the numbers for my room number was missing). The only real complaint I had, which I shared at reception and they received the feedback well, was that I placed the do not disturb sign on my door before leaving for an activity during the day; I had all my belongings spread over the room and I did not have the energy or time to put them away. While I was gone, the cleaning staff entered the room to clean. Nothing was missing, but it did feel like a boundary was not respected. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options. And the staff I interacted with was quite friendly. I had a rental car and their private parking lot was safe. "
